GeniCalc works for classrooms as well as it works at a kitchen table — and for a room full of students, the sums change. From 10 units we quote each order individually.

What a bulk order gets you

• Volume pricing for classrooms, tutoring centres and schools — quoted per order.
• Invoiced against a purchase order, with 30-day payment terms.
• One dispatch — the whole order arrives together, not in dribs and drabs.
• AI features can be switched off entirely in the calculator settings, leaving a full 550-function scientific calculator — many institutions run them this way.

How to request a quote

Email contact@genicalc.com with:

• The name of your school, centre or organisation, and the delivery country
• How many units you need
• When you need them by (orders placed now dispatch from 1 November 2026)
• The contact for invoicing, and your purchase-order reference if you have one

We reply with a written quote within two working days.

Questions we're often asked

Do the devices need individual accounts? Each calculator works out of the box. AI Plus subscriptions are managed per device — tell us how your institution wants to run them and we'll set the order up accordingly.

Do you sell to businesses outside education? Yes — the same process applies to any organisation ordering 10 or more units.
